Elizabeth Menmui is an extraordinary example of how grandparents have a special ability to impact the lives of their grandchildren. She lives in Kununurra in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia in a community that struggles with alcohol and drug abuse, gambling, fighting and suicide.
However GOD TV has been installing satellite dishes in many remote parts of Australia, so people can access the Gospel of Jesus Christ and be transformed. Since she had GOD TV installed in 2010 Elizabeth has found it to be life-changing. “I see vision and fire going through the Kimberleys, there’s going to be a change!” she says.
Elizabeth has seen a change in her grandson who was an angry young man, but now he feels the peace of God in his grandmother’s house. Thanks to the work of our regional director for Australia, Wayne Knapman and our wonderful GOD TV partners Jesus is able to transform lives in places we’d never though possible.
