We are all busy. If we are not intentional, we can put praising God on a list of things to do, instead of a heart posture that we live out of. Prioritizing worship with Jesus falls from our main focus when we view it as another task.
Keep Your Heart Pure
When your heart is set on Jesus your mundane daily tasks come alive. Preparing our meals, driving to work, maintaining our relationships, and attending our weekly commitments don’t have to merely be our daily to-dos. These parts of our lives can reflect praise to God too.
Worship Jesus Continually
While you can’t suddenly change what your daily life expects, you can find the sacrifice of praise to God which pleases Him (Hebrews 13). How do you choose to praise God? Is your praise a whispered “thank you” as you wake? Or is it slowing your thoughts down enough in evening traffic to lean into His voice? Your honest prayers and brief moments of gratitude carry eternal purpose. They intertwine your heart with God’s.

Praise Is Eternal
Praising God reminds us of our oneness with Him. Posturing our thoughts, attitudes, and actions towards worship and thanksgiving is what transforms the mundane and reminds us of what we are made for. Take this with you as you live out of your worship. Praising God in the mundane keeps our hearts softened to His spirit and voice; it enhances our relationship by aligning us to His truth. Truth is the dwelling place where we can live out our daily lives; it’s where we learn to know the Father’s love most intimately.
